MEET DR JANE

I’m Dr. Jane, a GP and Health Coach who helps people take control of their health; addressing weight loss, energy levels, hormones, and burnout. As a practicing Medical Doctor with a Diploma in women’s health, and an additional Diploma in Health Coaching, I offer 1-2-1 and small group coaching sessions focussing on evidence based lifestyle change and long term habit improvement using an approach centred around self-compassion, care and kindness. I also work with businesses to deliver employee wellbeing programmes aimed to promote the principles of Lifestyle Medicine.
