You’ll receive everything offered in a single session: tailored coaching, personalised resources, and practical next steps, with the added benefit of continued support across 6 sessions, used flexibly over 3 months, or 12 sessions over 6 months.

You also receive a discounted rate by booking a larger package upfront, making it a more cost-effective way to invest in your health while getting the depth and consistency needed for real transformation.
