MEET DR JANE
I’m Dr Jane, a GP and certified Health Coach specialising in workplace wellbeing, stress management, and burnout prevention.
With over a decade of medical experience, I partner with organisations to support employee health through evidence based corporate wellness programmes that address stress, fatigue, and long term wellbeing in a practical, professional way.
