Join my 8 Week Group Programme designed to help you lose weight, feel great, and build sustainable health habits - without extreme diets or restrictions

8 Week Group Programme

£349

Each group includes a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 8 participants, allowing for personalised support and a strong sense of community.

Sessions are held once a week online and run for 60 - 75 minutes, offering structure, accountability, and practical tools you can implement right away.

​

Start with a complimentary 20 - 30 minute session with me to discuss your goals and see if the programme is the right fit.

​

After the call, you’ll complete a short health questionnaire to help me tailor the support and guidance to your individual needs.

​

You’ll also be part of a dedicated WhatsApp group for your programme cohort, where you can share wins, ask questions, and stay motivated. I’m also in the group and aim to respond to messages directed at me within 48 hours - often much sooner.
