Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

RULES

1 Entry into the Prize Draw is free and no purchase is necessary.

2. The closing date is 28/09/2025. Entries received after this date will not be accepted.

3. By submitting an entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you have any questions, please contact info@betterhealthwithdrjane.com

4. Better Health with Dr Jane reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

5. Entrants must be 18 or over.

6. Only one entry per person is permitted.

7. In entering, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. Better Health with Dr Jane may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw.

8. Better Health with Dr Jane reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the competition.

THE PRIZE DRAW

9. The prize is three 1-2-1 sessions (1 Hour sessions) with Dr Jane, at times to be arranged. The sessions take place over Zoom or via Google Meet.

10. A winner will be chosen by random draw within one month of the prize draw ending.

11. The winner will be contacted by email.

12. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

13. The decision of Better Health with Dr Jane regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

14. Better Health with Dr Jane reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
