What Is Lifestyle Medicine Coaching?
Lifestyle Medicine focuses on preventing, managing, and in some cases improving chronic disease through simple, evidence based changes in daily habits. These include nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, and mindset.
As a lifestyle medicine coach, I combine medical knowledge with behaviour change coaching to help you move from information overload to clear, achievable action.
