I’m Dr Jane, a GP and certified Health Coach specialising in stress management, burnout prevention, and sustainable wellbeing.
With over a decade of medical experience, I combine clinical insight with evidence based coaching to support people who feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or disconnected from balance in their lives.
My approach is practical, science led, and compassionate. I focus on helping you understand how stress affects your body and mind, and how small, consistent changes can restore energy, clarity, and resilience.
Having experienced periods of stress and burnout myself, I understand how difficult it can be to prioritise wellbeing when life feels demanding. My aim is to help you feel supported, empowered, and back in control, without guilt or pressure.
