As a GP and weight loss health coaching specialist, I help you find a balanced and realistic approach to weight management that feels supportive rather than restrictive.
Many people come to me after years of trying diet after diet with little long term success. What usually holds them back is not willpower. It is stress, low energy, hormonal imbalance, emotional eating patterns, and routines that do not support long term health goals.
Sustainable weight loss becomes possible when we address these root causes together. My focus is on helping you understand your relationship with food and your body so you can create a way of living that feels manageable for life.

As a practising GP I bring medical understanding into every session. Weight is shaped by many factors such as hormones, stress, sleep, medication, emotional health, blood sugar regulation, and life stage.
My approach draws on Lifestyle Medicine principles and includes

Weight Loss Injection Support
An eight week small group programme supporting healthy, sustainable weight loss, whether or not you are using medication. Suitable for those losing weight naturally, using GLP one medications, or preparing to come off injections with confidence.
Supportive, community based coaching focused on blood sugar balance, emotional eating, stress, sleep, and consistent habits.

MEET DR JANE
I’m Dr Jane, a GP and certified Health Coach specialising in sustainable weight loss. I support people who want to lose weight in a healthy, realistic way, improve their energy, and feel more in control of their health without restrictive diets or quick fixes.
With over a decade of medical experience, I combine clinical insight with evidence based health coaching to address the factors that truly influence weight, including hormones, stress, sleep, emotional eating, and daily habits. My approach is practical, science led, and compassionate, supporting both physical and emotional wellbeing.
I believe lasting weight loss comes from small, consistent changes that fit into real life. When you understand your body and feel supported rather than judged, confidence grows and progress feels achievable. My role is to guide you with medical clarity and self compassion, so change feels manageable, not overwhelming.
Having experienced stress and burnout myself, I understand how challenging it can be to prioritise health when life feels demanding. My aim is to help you feel empowered, confident, and back in control of your weight and wellbeing, without guilt, pressure, or restriction.
