Women’s health and wellness coaching bridges the gap between medical care and practical lifestyle support, helping you understand what is happening in your body and how to respond with confidence rather than frustration.

MEET DR JANE
I’m Dr Jane, a GP and certified Health Coach specialising in women’s health, hormone balance, and wellbeing across every stage of womanhood. I support women who want to understand their bodies, manage hormonal changes, and feel more in control of their health in a realistic, compassionate way.
With over a decade of medical experience and a Diploma in Women’s Health, I combine clinical insight with evidence based Health Coaching to address the factors that most influence women’s wellbeing, including hormones, stress, sleep, energy, mood, and lifestyle habits. My approach is practical, science led, and supportive, caring for both physical and emotional health.
I believe lasting wellbeing comes from small, consistent changes that work with your body rather than against it. When you understand what is happening hormonally and feel listened to rather than dismissed, confidence grows and progress feels achievable. My role is to guide you with medical clarity and self compassion, so change feels manageable, not overwhelming.
Having experienced periods of stress and burnout myself, I understand how challenging it can be to prioritise your health while juggling work, family, and life demands. My aim is to help you feel empowered, supported, and back in control of your wellbeing, without guilt, pressure, or unrealistic expectations.
